    • Cold Heading Machines and CNC Lathes for Machining Suspension System Connectors: For special-specification suspension system connectors, cold heading machines were first used to cold head high-strength alloy steel wire rods into the approximate shape of the connectors. The shape and size of key parts, especially the head, could be precisely controlled. Then, the CNC lathes were used to conduct fine turning operations on the cold-headed connectors to further improve their dimensional accuracy, machine threaded parts that met the installation requirements, and perform surface grinding to make the appearance quality meet the high standards of automobile interior parts.
