Product Description

The bronze bearing sleeve is a sliding bearing component manufactured from high-density copper alloy through precision CNC machining, utilizing CuSn6.5P0.1 or CuSn8P0.3 bronze as base material. The product surface features regularly arranged diamond-shaped oil pockets that quickly form an oil film during initial operation, reducing friction coefficient. Suitable for medium-load and low-speed conditions, it offers excellent wear resistance and long service life, widely applied in various mechanical sliding parts.
