Product Description

Magnesium alloy laptop housing is a 3C structural component made from high-strength magnesium alloys (such as AZ91D, AZ31B) through precision CNC machining and die-casting processes. This housing can be as thin as 0.5-1.0mm, meeting the lightweight and high-strength requirements of modern ultra-thin laptops. Magnesium alloy has a density that is only 68% of aluminum alloy, 27% of zinc alloy, and 23% of steel, making it one of the lightest structural alloys available.
