Product Description

Tungsten alloy counterweights are high-performance functional materials composed primarily of tungsten (85%-99%) with additions of nickel, iron, copper and other elements. Manufactured through metal injection molding (MIM) or traditional powder metallurgy processes, these materials exhibit high density, exceptional strength, and compact size. As critical components in balancing systems, tungsten alloy counterweights effectively optimize weight distribution, reduce vibration and mechanical stress, and enhance operational stability and precision.

  • Machining Friendly: Supports various machining operations including turning, milling, planing, threading and tapping, as well as large deformation strengthening treatments such as rolling, swaging and forging.
