The automotive industry has extremely strict requirements for the precision and reliability of parts. A well-known automotive manufacturer commissioned Sinbo Precision to machine a connection base for a key part of the engine. • Tool Selection: A customized high-performance carbide tool was selected according to the characteristics of the high-strength aluminum alloy material. This tool has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, can maintain a stable cutting edge during high-speed cutting, effectively reduce tool wear, and improve machining efficiency and surface quality.
• Quality Control: A complete quality inspection system was established. During the machining process, a high-precision coordinate measuring machine was used to monitor the key dimensions and geometric tolerances in real-time. Once any deviation was detected, adjustments were made immediately. After machining, a comprehensive inspection was carried out on each connection base, including appearance inspection, dimensional measurement, hardness testing, etc., to ensure that the product 100% met the quality standards.
