It features excellent positioning accuracy with surface flatness ≤0.01mm/m and adjacent positioning hole spacing error ≤0.005mm, ensuring workpiece clamping repeat positioning accuracy up to ±0.003mm - 60% higher than ordinary cast iron base plates.
The plate offers outstanding wear resistance with surface treatment of quenching (hardness 55-58HRC) + nitriding, reducing friction coefficient to 0.15 and extending service life to over 8 years. Its strong structural stability comes from T-type reinforcing rib design with deflection ≤0.02mm/m, capable of withstanding clamping force over 500kg without deformation.
The base plate includes multiple sets of standardized positioning holes (φ6-φ20mm) and T-slots, compatible with various clamping components for quick adaptation to different workpieces without secondary processing.
