Sinbo Precision is a leading high-tech manufacturer dedicated to precision parts production. Established in 2013, our company operates a 34,000 m² modern factory, employs a workforce of more than 632 workers, 518 sets of advanced machining and testing instruments to ensure uncompromising quality.

History

From The Founder

When I boarded the train from Changsha to Shenzhen right after graduating from Central South University, I knew I was stepping into a world full of possibilities and challenges. For years, I worked my way up in the bustling precision manufacturing industry of Shenzhen, soaking up every bit of technical know-how and market insight I could get my hands on. Then, in 2013, I joined hands with my trusted friend to start Sinbo Precision—we had nothing but a shared dream and a firm belief in the power of precision craftsmanship. Back then, the CNC machining sector was already crowded with players, many stuck in low-price, low-quality competition, but we saw an opportunity to carve out our own path by delivering exceptional precision and reliability.

Sitting in our tiny first workshop, with just a few second-hand CNC machines and a handful of eager young technicians, I made a promise to myself and my partner: we would run this business with the same rigor and integrity I learned during my university years and honed in the Shenzhen factories. We would adhere to the strictest international quality standards in every single machining process, never cutting corners on precision or delivery. We would treat every competitor as a mirror to reflect our own shortcomings, and invest relentlessly in training our team—teaching them not just how to operate the machines, but how to think like true precision engineers. We also made it our mission to recruit passionate young talents, nurturing them from the ground up to become the backbone of our company. Today, most of our project managers and senior technicians are not only masters of CNC machining, but also fluent in communicating with our global clients to understand their exact needs.

Today, with years of continuous investment in inspection and quality control systems, we deliver world-class precision manufacturing standards at competitive prices, leveraging our China-based core manufacturing base.

We’ve assembled a 47+ full-time quality inspection team and invested over USD 500,000 in a high-end CNC precision machining testing laboratory. Equipped with top-tier international equipment—including Hexagon CMMs, M4000 PLUS full-spectrum spectrometers, and Zeiss Comet scanners—it enables 3D scanning, dimensional inspection, material composition analysis, ROHS testing, and mechanical performance evaluation. Complemented by reliability equipment like thermal shock chambers and salt spray testers, we’ve built a full-process quality control loop from raw materials to finished products, ensuring the precision and stability of every batch.
